I'm thrilled to announce the official launch of Coach Dora LLC! This month marks a new chapter for me, and I'm so excited to share it with all of you.

As a C-Suite Non-Profit Executive, Leadership Coach, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant, my mission at Coach Dora LLC is to be a beacon of bold authenticity, sparking crucial conversations on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) through writing and public speaking. 

This is done by working with leaders in multiple ways as an Executive Coach, workforce development, facilitating trainings, and workshops, collaborating with employee resources groups, consulting with organizations to design and implement DEI programs for sustainability, and learning and development strategies for social impact! A Look Back: Celebrating Women's History Month

Women's History Month was truly remarkable. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team at Oliver Scholars for inviting me to participate at their Em(power)ed Women's Summit, LogiAmigos ERG at Logitech, and the National Dominican Women’s Caucus (NDWC) for having me! I had the privilege of supporting their convening of Women from the Latin America Diaspora and sharing my expertise on education equity at the NDWC Latina Leaders Summit.
