Happy Mother’s Day from a Working Mom Who Believes in Flexibility for All!

This Mother’s Day, let's celebrate the moms who inspire us, and advocate for flexible work options that benefit everyone!

I'm reflecting on all the incredible moms juggling work and family. Like so many moms, my children are my biggest inspiration. They push me to be the best version of myself, and I want to make them proud.  I want to show my children (myself too!) that you can achieve your goals while being present for the important moments in your family’s lives. They motivate me to strive for excellence and as a champion of inclusion a more equitable and just world for us all.

However, achieving that work-life balance can be a challenge. Imagine being able to attend your child's school play without feeling stressed about work, or scheduling a doctor's appointment without dreading the fallout. Flexibility empowers us to manage our well-being, which ultimately benefits everyone.

Here's where workplace flexibility comes in. It's not just essential for parents – it benefits everyone's well-being.
