A Call to Allyship: Celebrating LGBTQI+ Pride and Black Liberation

This June, we celebrate a richness of identities that make our community strong. From LGBTQI+ Pride Month to Juneteenth, a day commemorating the end of slavery in the United States. June offers a powerful opportunity to reflect and celebrate progress made in the ongoing fight for equality and justice.

As champions of workplace inclusion, courageous and compassionate leaders are those who continuously improve. Continuous improvement calls for reflecting on being a better ally. Improvement begins by acknowledging the celebration of Pride Month as intersectional - recognizing the deep connection between LGBTQI+ Pride, and Black American liberation.
