Democracy, The Future of Work, & Growth

My family and I embraced the spirit of democracy by voting early for the historic Presidential candidate, Vice President, Kamala Harris.  While the election outcome was not what we expected, by involving our children in the voting process, we are planting the seeds for a lifetime of responsible citizenship.

It was a beautiful day filled with excitement and purpose as we turned voting into a family affair. Our children were thrilled to participate, eagerly sliding the paper ballots into the scanner and proudly wearing their “I Voted” stickers. Moments like these are invaluable, teaching them the importance of civic engagement and the power of their voice.  As parents, Dylan K. Rogers and I have the unique opportunity to instill values of inclusivity, kindness, and civic duty in our children.
